Mediocre food and service. Out of many things.
I showed up about 8:30 tonight and waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while the employee stared at me through the window. ... I finally pulled up to the drive-thru window and then they ignored me. I tried to call them, but they wouldn't answer thephone. The store hours said they close at 9:00. Very disrespectful. Read more
Bad food, hamburger bun hard and meat cold and tasted like it had sat around way too long, husband, son agree, could not eat.... French fries undercooked, no regular root beer available, all around bad experience and waste of $24. Never again. Read more
We didn't get all the items on our order. Told him 3 times all the items. Then when he gave us the bag, we didn't get the 4... orders of large cheese curds, shrimp was in a small cheese curd box, and no cheese fries. The little girl that was in therecame to the window and told us that we just needed to pull back around and reorder. We told her (and she was a manager maybe 18yrs old) no, we ordered them she was a nasty and continued being nasty. We pulled out in the parking lot to get out of the waywhile they made the fries. When she brought them out, she threw them at my husband and said Just Don't Come Back! We will becontacting the owner. Read more
Service was horrible. They got our order wrong and instead of just fixing it we had to stand in line for a refund and reorder.... Then they forgot to bring out one person's food. They unapologetic and slightly rude. We ended up standing in line again foranother refund. Read more

Very strange eat in experience due to the lay out and the order button at the table...this place was also soo hot due to the... heater that guests were looking for something to hold the door open with... it was a little unbearable...other than that thefood was good Read more
