I?m giving it a one star bc the waiter at least was excellent. Food was subpar. Chips stale and over seasoned and queso tasted... like rubber. Penne pasta with three cheeses was disgusting- the syrup on the chicken seeps into cheese and makes pasta sweet andinedible. Also chicken was fried and we were told grilled? . We took to go boxes just so waiter didn?t think horrible food washis problem and threw it away outside of the restaurant.Horrible food! Read more
Good chain restaurant that manages to prepare menu items that are consistently prepared between locations. Nightly 9pm happy... hour with a selection of half price appetizers and drinks. I have recently enjoyed the Blacked Salmon and the Caesar Salads(either grilled chicken or blackened shrimp). Read more
I give 2 stars because dine in was a pleasant experience previously. I ordered a delivery today 8/31/22 and no utensils, no... napkins, order was incorrect and food wasn't up to applebee's standards. I called and the girl that answered the phone was ofthe attitude....so what? I recommend dine in. Don't waste money or time door dashing here. Read more
Normally it's good but not today. Found a blonde hair in cilantro, chicken lime meal was tough, mom's half of rack of ribs... was so tough couldn't cut it, we waited over an hour to get our food, I had to use a plastic fork to eat my food because therewas no clean silverware, waitress needs to be better trained because we waited for a long time to get refills on our drinks!!Not pleased at all!! The manager didn't charge us for the ribs and did reimburse us for some riblets to go, because we had toleave. Cooks need to wear hair nets or some kind of covering so people don't get hair in their food or on their plates!!! Read more
Disgusting. Watery cheese ?sauce?on the Mac and cheese and a medium rare steak that was not cooked correctly and the cut was so... low quality you can?t even cut a bite of it. Service was poor as well- the bar isn?t high for Applebee?s anyway but this onewas just plain awful. Read more
They brought our lunch without any silverware or napkins. After several minutes of complaining they brought us plastic utensils... because they didnt have any clean silverware. We talked to the manager who apologized but then our waitress stopped by ourtable and said that at least she wasn?t like the other servers who just wiped the dirty silverware off and used it again. We did not eat good in this neighborhood. Husband?s chicken was way over-cooked and tasteless and I think I maybe had 8 fries... with my sandwich and they were soggy. The Passion Fruit lemonade was delightful as was our server. Will not go back. Read more
The food was Great and I was sad I forgot to take a picture before it was gone. Service was a little slow for not being super... busy, but not slow enough to cause a problem or make me upset. I did see the manager out and about and they were friendly withcustomers. Read more
