Staff couldn?t keep up. Didn?t keep tables. Clean. No plates. Had to ask for refills. Buffet was always empty. Waiter... was trying to rush people out. Brought out a refill with no ice. People were using their dirty plates to go back to thebuffet. Never seen any staff members wearing gloves. Will not go back. My daughter's softball team wanted to go share a dining experience together, so Pizza Hut it was! There were 8 girls and 10... parents with maybe one other table occupied in the restaurant when we arrived. To say things went bad would be anunderstatement! The staff was overwhelmed and had deer in the headlights look on their faces the whole time we were there. After getting drinks at our tables after 20 minutes, orders were taken for half the people in our party. We got our own menus,plates, utensils, and refills were all walked up to the counter to hand to the workers. After an hour and 45 minutes my wifeasked about our order with another mom also missing food. These two orders never got put into the computer, while we watchedthe other half of our group eat their food. Also, the sanitary practices of the staff are non-existant as we watched one of theyounger boys rubbing his face, playing with his hair, wiping his nose with his fingers and then handling orders to bring out tothe tables. If this place is open next summer we will not be taking the softball team there for another dreadful experience. Read more
I gotta say Pizza Hut has changed their pizza quite a bit and they're agredients. A little bit more greasier than what it has... been in the past but I still love their pizza thank you Pizza Hut Read more
You want to talk about bad experience. It was the worst. Waitress sat us down took our drink order then never came back waited... for about 30 minutes of course I left. Then there was children running back in fourth from the kitchen they seemed to be themanagers kids running around. How unsafe is that! Never again! Read more
Got the Supreme sandwich no pickle with it wasn't asked if I wanted chips just got them. Presentation was sloppy looked like... some one just tossed it together. Not gonna be stopping in there again when I'm out that way. Read more
I ordered online and set a time to pick it up at 12:30, it was 1:00 by the time I got my order. I ordered it about 11:30... thinking I gave ample time. The manager said she would put a credit on my account for the long wait but I have yet to see it. Read more
Sense when are drinks 4.99!!! I completely left when the waiter told us that as soon as we sat down. That is ridiculous had a... table of 4 that would have been 20.00 just in drinks. Seemed like he just wanted us to leave telling me that right after Iasked what deals they had and he said there was no deals then drinks are 4.99 when he sat us down never will return. Read more
