This stop was not as it should have been. We wanted to eat here so we did not have to get out of the car, but could sit and eat.... Car hop was supposedly had too many cars when we arrived and we were asked to use the drive thru. Note: there was maybe 1 otherpaying customer, if that. We saw the Car ???? Hop sitting at the outside table on 'break' . Got our stuff from drive thru.Parked back in the stall to sit and eat. Chilli cheese tater tots had little to no chilli/cheese. Went up to the door. Asked forthem to please put some chilli/cheese on it. They complied. Back to car. Eating. Saw 'car hop' take a drink out to a stall. Carhop went back to table sitting on break? Was there probly 20 min. Car hop was joined at table by drive thru window attendant.Very sad that they are getting paid for this kind of pathetic service. Not to mention the quality of food. ???? Eating at a sonic burger for the first time. Lots of menu choices. I pushed the red button 4x but nothing happened. A staff came... along and took my order once he got inside. The burger was good but the vanilla milkshake was delicious!! I would go back justfor that. Read more
After a 12 and half hour drive, Dodge City was a halfway stop. All I wanted was a milkshake but we were told they didn't have... milkshakes....wth type of Sonic doesn't have milkshakes that are ALL over the menu. Plus super slow, not friendly staff. We ordered online this evening. I got to the drive in and checked in and it was several minutes after I was notified that my... order was coming out that I pushed the red button to ask what was going on, I have been a patron of Sonic for several years. Never have I ever had a hamburger that tasted old or the grill is dirty until this evening. We took the tomato off thinkingthat could be the problem. And then because of the delay, our food was cold. Sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken for 10 min and no one came on to take the order. Moved to a stall & no... answer. Looked towards the windows & all workers were on their phones. Read more

ordered three things - m&m blast, lime aid and peanut butter cup blast. Got a cherry lime aid a banana blast and a peanut... butter cup blast. waited in line for 20 mins. Customer service is getting horrible in town. Read more
