I recently moved from a big city to Dodge City and this was my first time in this Starbucks Erick, Selina & Hannah helped me and... it was one the best experiences I have had at any Starbucks, and trust me I have been to many Starbucks in my time. Got my order wrong twice and took almost an hour for two drinks. The place wasn't busy but I'm pretty sure they forgot to get my... drinks because as soon as I asked when they would be ready they looked surprised and one started making my drinks. The kids werenice but more worried about joking and laughing with each other then to make sure all orders were done. And coffee tasted burnt. Read more
*Edit I've added a picture of a salted caramel cold brew purchased in Kansas City for further comparison. Because the website... won't let me complain privately: Twice in this new location, twice leaving very disappointed. No cold brew either time. Firstpictured below is my usual- salted caramel creme cold brew purchased from the location at Central and Rock in Wichita. Thefirst time the girl at the register told me that she couldn't reccomend anything to sub because she doesn't drink coffee. Okay,that's fine. They were busy so I bought a couple gift cards and moved on. The second time, the young man at the register wasobviously not really happy to be there and came off quite rude. Someone who seemed like a manager stepped up and recommend theswill pictured below. This was the absolute worst drink I've ever tasted. It was a pure affront to Starbucks and coffee. Toadd insult, it took over 5 minutes to make. Only one employee acknowledged knowing how to make the iced coffee base. Did hemake it? No. Was there plenty of complaining and horseplay behind the counter? Yes. Meanwhile, a lady passing through townwaited just as long for a vanilla bean frap. We had plenty of time to discuss the weather and her travels. No joke. She askedme if it was always this negative of an experience. Apparently, ma'am, apparently... Some extra training on making the drinkson the menu and how to speak to customers would be lovely. Read more

They had the best customer service, everyone was so nice given how stressed I bet they are. This location just opened so waiting... was expected, but it was totally worth it! So much respect to the workers, the place has been packed everyday until closing. Read more
