This place fully lives up to its name. It is ABSOLUTELY BITCHIN! They had 8 different sauces and each one was unique and... incredible. As a Missouri native, I've had KC BBQ and I have to say this place takes the cake. Their fried cheese curds were todie for, meat was perfectly tender and juicy, and the vibes were off the charts. Rarely do I finish my food, but Bob's had mestuffed and feeling absolutely phenomenal with every bite. If I ever saw Bob in the street, I would kiss him on the mouth. Stopped to eat here while passing through and SO glad we did!! It?s delicious! We had the fried pickles app- they are hand made-... not from the freezer so they were super good. I got the pulled pork sandwich and used a variety of sauces and it was SO good.The meat was tender and every sauce I tried was great! I had a blueberry mule which was very well made. My husband had thepulled pork waffle fries and Mac & cheese which were both very good. Highly recommend eating here if you like well-madebarbecue. Our waitress Anne was SO friendly and bubbly! Wow! Sauces here are amazing! I wanted to take them all home with me. I had the BBQ brisket sandwich with cheese curds and bacon... on it and I give it a ten! Homemade apple sauce and chicken tenders for the kids and they loved the Mac and cheese. Read more
The BBQ was decent. If you're going by looks alone it looks very unappealing however taste wise it was all pretty good. Only... thing I would knock was the pulled pork, it had virtually no flavor and it'd be nice to get sliced brisket, not just chopped. The sauces were great here though with honey chipotle being a clear winner! Read more

Was recommended from a family friend. We tried it out and was glad we did. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.... Prices were in line with other bbq joints I have tried. The food was good and enjoyed trying all of their different flavored bbqsauces. We had burnt ends dinner, bbq ribs, and pulled pork and all were good. I would recommend trying them out. Read more
