Very friendly despite being very busy, and clean, a team member helped us order with the kiosk, which was appreciated. Food hot... and fresh (for McDonald's). The wait was acceptable given the level of business, and the dining area was empty so a body couldpace and stretch to keep moving. The coffee was disappointing as it was quite weak, very atypical for the chain. Had we stayedto eat, I would have asked for another cup but as we were traveling, did not want to take the time. Can't order in person have to use kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get food. Tables where sticky and we had to clean our table. Drive... through seemed to take priority over customers dining in. Read more
I usually buy the fish fillet meal and it's usually pretty good! The last 2 times the fish tasted different so don't know if... they are buying a different kind. The workers are friendly and service was fast! I usually use the drive thru. Read more
Absolutely terrible service and food. The fries were cold and stale and the burgers tasted like plastic. When I went up to the... counter for asked for napkins (BECAUSE they gave me 0 napkins with my order) I was stuck waiting. Worst of all, while I waswaiting for someone to help me, another worker LOOKED me in the eye and proceeded to walk away. Read more
The ordering experience is comical and noteworthy. When I was ordering from the kiosk, an employee politely asked if I needed... help ordering, and I politely declined. Later, a couple approached and the employee asked them if they needed assistance, towhich they agreed. The employee took their order, at the self-serve kiosk, then took payment from them at the register. Therewas no need for a kiosk for the employee, just show the customer to the register. When I ordered, I mistakenly selected "forhere" when for the past year or so, anyone knows it's "to go". Alas, I had to completely start over. We stopped here today about 2 PM on our way home from camping. Customer service was a bit disappointing to say the least. We... were told the registers were closed and we had to place our order at the kiosk. As we did so, at least 4 employees milled aboutchatting, and at least one leaned against the counter holding it up while watching us place our order on the kiosk - the samekid who told us the register was closed. Drink cups were out on the order floor on a low shelf for all to touch before pickingup your own cups. Yuck. Straws were empty at the drink station. The shift manager was busy filling drive-thru orders while theothers milled about and watched. Food was fine and made correctly. Read more
Standard McDonald's restaurant located on US-18 on the west side of town. Good location for a quick meal. We had the new... release of McRib sandwiches when we stopped there. Read more
