I was so happy to hear that there was a Juliette et chocolat in the West Island! I used to go all the way downtown for this. The... fondue plate to share is great! Coffee was also delicious. Since they’re still new, their customer service still needs alittle improvement, but I’m sure with time they will be great. Will update review once I come back! Read more

A perfect late night dessert spot after a filling dinner. When this Juliet and chocolat opened here in the west island I was so... happy it was close to home! The one in Laval was a bit too far and I ended up making excuses on not visiting. We ordered thechocolat fondue for two and it was delicious and abundant. Definitely had us both in a food coma! We were served quickly andrespectfully. Though... It may have been our miss understanding about having the option to substitute one of the fruits/itemsfor another at an extra cost. Initially we were told that we can do so without any repercussions and ofcourse we opted to changea few things. But when we received our bill we were definitely disappointed that what we had thought had been a 24$ plate offruits for two, had now become a 40$ plate of fruits. Ofcourse this didn't put a damper on the overall experience of our visit,but it did make us now cautious for next time as well as inform others to not do the same. Never ate at this location but I’ve ordered a few times. Always loved their deserts! They have a couple of gluten-free... options as well. Would be 5?? but it’s a little expensive for the portion size. Other than that nothing to complain about! Read more

So glad that Juliette & chocolat finally opens a branch in West Island! They have the best thick, creamy, rich and flavorful hot... chocolate ever! Love their dessert crepes as well! I always order their savory crepe and add $4.50 to make it as tabled’hôte! Had a wonderful first visit at this new location. They were checking our vaccine passport. Speedy and friendlyservice.
