Placed our order at 13:57:47 and received order at 15:00:00. A one hour wait fro 2 chicken nuggets happy meals, 2 big macs and... a pouting. Customers lined up everywhere waiting. Manager ignored our inquiries. She was too busy sweeping floor andproceeded to process orders without washing her hands. She did not direct staff at all. Was a total free for all and we thecustomers had to just wait. Totally disgusted and the meals were cold. If it wasn't for the grandchildren would have demandedour money back and left. Trash. Worst drive thru service I've ever seen. Either morning afternoon or night. Fast food or slow food I don't know anymore.... Having cars backing out of line shows how bad of a service they offer . Go to Ontario and learn how a fast food chainoperates. Garbage service Read more

The wait times are ridiculous, the quality of the food is awful. Skip this location. It takes so long to get your "food" that my... 5 year old daughter threatened me to never draw me a picture ever again. I've had Mcdonalds in Malaysia and it's really good,I'm not sure why Mcdonalds in Canada is absolute garbage. Read more

This McDonald's, being one one of the busiest boulevards, really needs to get its act together. I realize finding staff is very... difficult but they really need to train the ones they DO have to up their game. Extremely long drive through waits...noexaggeration, 35 minute wait! Read more

After enjoying the service during the worst part of the pandemic, today it was finally too much and we're NEVER going back again... to this place. Not sure what changed here, most probably the management, but the McDonald's spirit (everything being preparedsuper fast) is nowhere to be seen here. Totally sucked.... v ordered the happy meal... they did not give toy and the Pineapple.. I asked them to give but they gave me... only toy n missed the Pineapple.. also v ordered burgers without bacon.. but they included bacon... n when v asked to returnthey took almost 20 min to give me new burger... Excellent location terrace with plenty tables, facing south east . It is ideal to enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting someone to... come by bus. The bus station is less than 100 feet away. Read more
