Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I stopped here on my way back to Ottawa from a concert in MTL, it was past... midnight and there were roughly 30 cars in line. Finally get to the speaker to place my order after 20min of waiting just to betold they won't take my order there and to drive up. Once I drove up there were more cars waiting by the windows, andpedestrians walking up to the windows and ordering or picking up orders, cutting us drivers off. After 35 min. of waiting to get to the window to pay, they told us to pay and go wait on the side. There were 4 other cars... waiting and 4 Ubers. On Friday night only two people worked there! The greedy owner doesn?t care to hire people. What?s happenedto McDonalds?!?! Read more

Went late at night for a quick snack after a concert. I had made an order on the app and the things we ordered were available.... We were on our merry way when we noticed the doors were locked and the only way to get our order which was already paid for wasthrough the drive-tru. THE LINE, don't get me started on the line. One minute felt like watching the entire movie of Titanic. Itwent so slow I could have raised a cow, butchered it then grilled it by the time we went to the window. We said our order andwere told to advance. At the pick up window, the man in a nice shirt told us items were unavailable but didn't specify whatitems after multiple questions which he didn't give any proper answer to we just ski daddle and went somewhere else. Starting 11pm, good luck getting your order within 10-15mins. So far late at night, that restaurant is running on 2 staffs max... while there is a line of 20 cars and that's really unfair for the employees and customers. Also since it takes long, the menumight change and you'll have to wait longer at the cash to make a new order. The staffs there are so swamped that they alwayswithout fault mess up something with my order. Better management is needed. Read more
