Horrible service!!! The so called Owner? refused to serve people who walked through the drive through. Why? because they did not... have a registration!!! Seriously? They could not enter the place because of a car that crashed into the door which happened overa month ago!!! Rude, disrespectful and nasty!!! Never again will I go to this Tim?s!!! Read more

When will they open the dine-in restaurant? It?s been way too long. It?s drive-through only and since I don?t have a car - no... timmies for me I guess. EDIT: Editing this review because I found out the reason why this Tim Horton?s is closed, I understandthat it?s not their fault they are closed. I went 3 times to the drive through with very simple orders: chocolate chip cookie blt or iced tea. They got my order wrong... every single time. The first time i went the person in front of me got in some kind of argument with the cashier and threw hiscoffe out of his car. I was like woah thats ont angry guy. After the third time they got my order wrong i kind of understood theangry guy. Also the last time i went i asked for my receipt because i wanted to see exactly what they had charged me for sincethey gave me a wrong item and the cashier said "the machine is not working". Needless to say i will be avoiding this tim fromnow on. Read more

terrible customer service. doesn?t even deserve a 1. i got these and they clearly aren?t fresh. i go back to ask for the fresh... ones. and the lady tells me no. if there?s a problem speak with my manager. had lots of attitude and over all unimpressed. icôme here every day after the gym and it?s the same rude ladies working. will not be returning.
