Horrible service!!! The so called Owner? refused to serve people who walked through the drive through. Why? because they did not... have a registration!!! Seriously? I went 3 times to the drive through with very simple orders: chocolate chip cookie blt or iced tea. They got my order wrong... every single time. The first time i went the person in front of me got in some kind of argument with the cashier and threw hiscoffe out of his car. I was like woah thats ont angry guy. After the third time they got my order wrong i kind of understood theangry guy. Also the last time i went i asked for my receipt because i wanted to see exactly what they had charged me for sincethey gave me a wrong item and the cashier said "the machine is not working". terrible customer service. doesn?t even deserve a 1. i got these and they clearly aren?t fresh. i go back to ask for the fresh... ones. and the lady tells me no. if there?s a problem speak with my manager. had lots of attitude and over all unimpressed. icôme here every day after the gym and it?s the same rude ladies working. will not be returning. DON?T GO I ordered a muffin and there was A LOT OF ANTS, DISCUSTING they didn?t even refund me. The worst part is the owner... saying that I?m the one putting the ants in the muffin, how ridiculous. The bag was very well closed, this place obviously has aants problem. Read more
