Only the drive thru was open. This was ok as staff kept the line moving fairly well. Food was fresh and hot. Had to take off a... couple of stars due to the order not being correct. Ordered a specific meal to get a breast and they put a thigh in instead.Only reason I didn?t take back was it was WAAAYY cross town. Cashier was very polite. However they should make sure customersorders are actually correct considering prices are higher but servings are getting smaller. Read more

The food was good, however, the long wait in the drive thru was unacceptable. Also, customers do not have the option to dine in... or place their order inside. Make sure you have time and patience when you go to the Church's in Hueytown. Read more

They said the chicken fingers were frozen. So I ordered a chicken sandwich. They said the buns were cold. I told them make it... without the bun. I overheard somebody criticizing in the background "no bun!?". Then they didn't have unsweet tea. I was workingon my car before and went inside to wash my hands. There was no soup on the men's room. So I went into the woman's to get soap.Somebody yelled at me that I can't go in there. I heard them yelling when the door was shut so I didn't respond or acknowledgethey yelled at me. On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, after 7:30 pm; I went to Church?s Chicken on 94 Allison Bonnet Memorial Run. I passed it earlier... because I had an appointment I needed to go to. But, I saw the sign about the Fire Smoke House Combo and to my surprise when Icame back and I got in line at the Drive-Thru they asked me to try it and I said Yes and Thank you. I tell you it?s at a goodprice, and you get a nice half size fire smoke chicken and Believe you me even the skin was crispy and good. I only ate some andput the rest in the refrigerator. Next, he asked if I wanted to change my side and make my drink a large. I only substituted mymash potatoes and gravy for corn on the cob and yes it was good too. (Could have used more butter). However, my Drink wasn?tflat and that?s definitely a PLUS, A HUGE PLUS! ( Always take a couple of sips of your drink to make sure it?s good) I alsoordered the Lemonade box pie with a graham cracker crust and it was very good too. My honey biscuit was fresh, soft and verytasty. I didn?t have to wait a long time either even though there we?re already about 5 to 6 cars ahead of me. Next, when Imoved from the window, I found my pie was missing and I had to get out of my car and knocked on the door and they immediately brought me my pie. Therefore, I dropped them to 4 ???????? stars instead of 5. But even though that happened. I definitelywill go back and get the same thing again. I?m expecting amazing and delicious fresh food again, and good customer service too. I definitely recommend you go there and try out the Fire Smokehouse Chicken Combo. If you love and want something different inchicken then get the Fire Smokehouse. I have enclosed the pictures so you can see for yourself. Look how large is it, and mycorn on the cob too.
