This was the worst pizza I ever had from anywhere. I have had Italian Fiesta from Chicago locations and in Dolton over the... years. Something changed the crust was thick and dry. The pizza itself was dry. I spent $64+ for pizza,cheese sticks and chickenwings. I called and complained to the "manager" she said did I want to bring it back.The food was delivered thru grub hub andthey charged $8.I bought a good lesson.Italian Fiesta lost a good customer. I placed an order and was told that I would receive a phone call when ready. I was passing through from Iowa, headed to Michigan... so I had to stop and wait for my pizza. I went in at the hour mark and was told 20-25 minutes remaining. I went in at the30-minute mark and was told that they didn?t have my order after telling me 30 minutes prior that it would be 20-25 minutes.Unbelievable! This place is so terrible. I was on hold for like 25 minutes called on my way from work and ended up placing my order when I... arrived and had to wait an hour for my pizza for them to only get my order wrong. Also it's like 30 people in the back so whycan't one person take phone orders while someone else take in person orders. I called in for a pick up. They said they would call me when it was ready. It took forever for my order. When I did pick it up... it wasn?t what I ordered. They said they would redo the order and they would call me when it was done. They never called me andwhen I called back they acted like they didn?t remember to redo the order. Then I finally call again and they said it was ready.I went to pick it up a few mins after they closed thinking they would be doing closing duties and it was closed closed. Guessthey don?t clean up and just close. So I called the next day to tell them I never got the pizza I ordered they said they wouldplace the order in and call me when it was done. Will never order from here again. We ordered a large turkey sausage pizza. When i got it home and removed the foil there was a... price sticker with a piece of hair on on piece. As I examined the pizza more there were several pieces of curly blk hsir onmultiple pieces. I just threw the whole thing away and did not even call to let them know because I was so disgusted.
