Where is the previous manager at this location? It is now a total S%/+ show! Ordered at 11:25-with my points I only had to pay... tax. Tried to pick up at 11:50-not ready but collected the tax in cash. I was told to wait in the car. 12:15 went back in tocheck-still not ready. I told them to just give the pizza to one of the MANY other people that were waiting. These workers weremaking food, putting into hotbox and ignoring customers. It was BAD! It took the manager to get my order right. Pizza was so dry, no sauce at all. Wasn't the first time at this location. I've... never brought back a Pizza Hut pizza but I was getting my $14 back. Manager asked if I wanted another and I said if she madeit. Pizza was great. Best I've had from here. Read more
They don?t answer the phone three people tried to call them to place orders every employee needs to be reprimand and have days... off!!! Not the first time these people have done this!!! My order was made incorrectly and when addressing the store manager I was rudely told that ?People make mistakes.? and ?This is... not McDonalds.? after asking for a free bottled drink for my inconvenience since the pizza was then cold by the time the issuewas resolved. Read more
Called last week, and was hung up on 3 times. Decided it was maybe a fluke. Placed an order 4-6-2020 over the phone, given a... total, and told a time. When I arrived, they said I called the wrong one, but they can make my order. Stuff happens, maybe Idid. The proceed to charge me more than they said in the phone, and been waiting well over an hour and still no pizza. I didn?torder ahead because I wanted to spend 2 hours trying to get pizza. Between being hung up on and the absolutely terrible service,I?ll drive more than a little out of my way not to use these folks again. Edit: at an hour and a half wait (after being told itwould only be a few minutes), I left with no pizza. An absolute joke of an establishment. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a chicken pasta, there literally just enough noodles to cover the bottom of the pan about 5... extremely small chunks of chicken. It was also very very dry because I guess they still cook it like it's a full pasta. Read more
