Never go back the past few times I went when you order they substitute what they don't have instead of telling you.
This Taco ???? Bell ???? Location is OK ???????? ????????. It can use some improvement on how they serve People?s/Customer?s... food out. I prefer and want Fresh, Hot, and Soft Tacos inside and out. The Taco ???? Shells, which I ordered Chulupas were veryhard, and my Meat was cold as well. This Taco Bell can use some improvement with this and Being more Curteous and Polite toCustomers. But, overall this location is ok, they just need improvement with serving Fresh, hot Tacos ????. Read more

Been there twice in the last two days. Ordered what I wanted. Had them repeat what I ordered. Cause they fawked it up the first... visit. And they still fawked up. Both times. No receipt and I wasn't driving back. So God knows if I was even charged for what Ireally wanted or not. And the order wasn't fawking right. Worst service ever. And I will go back just to see if they continue tofawk up so I can continue to right bad reviews. Hire new fawking people who want to work. Or shut the store down. Edited,10/13 3rd times a charm. The service at this location is by far the best. Even IF they ended up making a mistake on any of our items ordered, they are... always so friendly and polite that i wouldn't even be bothered by the mistake. Read more
I don't know what is going on recently, but Taco Bell before the pandemic used to be the last bastion of decent drive thru food... service in Donaldsonville. Now, if you're lucky, they won't be out of a major food item, or understaffed, or some other randomfailure of business management that causes you to not be able to get your food. Someone please bring this town some qualityfood service with employees who at least pretend to care. I'm not even sure I trust the food coming out of this place, but Iused the app this last time and had already paid for it. Last but not least... Cook the rice all the way!
