Hello! I wasn?t very pleased with our visit? me and my husband both got the chicken strip basket with fries. When we opened up... our boxes, there was barely any fries and no bread as listed in the picture which always comes with it. I am obsessed with DQranch so I asked for 2 cups. They are small cups, and you get charged $.50 for every cup. Which I understand, but what I?m upsetabout is the fact that they filled the cup up halfway?. at that point it should?ve been $.25. Ordered a a.1 signature burger combo with a Pepsi an got a deluxe with a mountain dew and used a coupon that the guy I think... didn't even scan because I watch him rip it up an throw away an didn't give me my receipt for my order unlike the other dQs.Just make sure before u leave to check your orders because they have very poor work ethic at the Donegal dairy queen.would ofgave a good review if they didn't mess my meal up Read more
Great location but we laugh at the fact that pricing is a little different every time. Today I decided to bring it up and was... yelled at by the drive through order taker. Granted she must deal with a huge volume of tired skiers on a February weekend so Ijust paid the $1 extra and let it go! Great blizzards regardless as an after ski treat. Read more
Smaller portions (fries, toast) than typically receive from other DQ, while prices seemed higher.
Ordered two blizzards in the drive thru with my dad. Took a very long time, but understandable given the lack of staffing.... However, when the girl handed me the first blizzard, she told me it was my salted toffee fudge, so I started eating it. Come tofind out it was my dad's blizzard. Literally couldn't tell for a few bites because the top was nothing but vanilla ice cream. Ifigured it out once I found a pecan. Thankfully I'm not allergies. He didn't want to wait for another one, so he just ate it.After he started eating it, he found chocolate pieces in it. (This is all while we're STILL waiting for my blizzard). Finallyget mine, ten minutes down the road neither of us even wanted to finish our blizzards because all of the toppings were in thebottom. I had so much salt and toffee in the bottom that I couldn't even stand to eat it. It was like eating a teaspoon of salt.My dad's had pecan pie chunks in a layer in the bottom. It was a hot evening. We decided to get ice cream. Dairy Queen is usually very good. We sat in line about 20 min. Then ordered a... banana split. We paid and left. My wife starts to eat. The banana was black and mushy. I wasn't going back to complain butthat's inexcusable. Read more
Great place. Drive thru is pretty efficient. Sometimes we have to pull around and wait for our food but I don't mind because... that just means they're cooking a fresh burger for me. Mmmm now I'm hungry. Damn Read more
