Casey?s typically has some of the best pizza. This particular location, however, does not. My pizza was burnt and not cut all... the way through. I could overlook the cutting, but come on! How do you not notice the pizza is burnt as you take it out of theoven, attempt to cut it (maybe it was tough due to being overcooked), and place it in the box? That is just bad business and atotal disregard for both quality control and customer service. Word to the wise: Do not accept your pizza from here withoutopening the box first. Read more
Ordered my pizza, was glad because one of them was my tenth and free. Go to get my pizza at the time said on the app and they... hadn't even started them. Finally get my pizza and get charged for both, and was told it didn't show I had a free one. Told themI can show you my app and it says I have ten to buy to get a free one, it didn't show I just ordered 2 because I just hit mytenth. Good pizza, bad deal using the app. No manager at 6pm to even talk with either, and kids running the show. Read more
Love the donuts. Very convenient place to stop, fuel up, and get a quick snack. And their pizza is delicious.
This location has the RUDEST employees. Went to order a pizza and the woman who answered acted like we were an inconvenience to... her. And then when we requested to add a pizza her response was literally....whatever. what ELSE do you want. Im not expecting asparkling fountain of cheerfulness, but im also not expecting that level of rudeness. Read more
Great new clean store. PPl are friendly there, we ordered pizza and ate there at the tables. they have soft serve ice cream and... the machine is not broke like McDonalds, donuts are fresh with no flies in the case, nice big parking lot, we love coming tothis store. Read more
As much as I love this Pizza, and I know they just opened but this is uncalled for. I knew that they were busy with them just... reopening so I called at noon to make sure that my pizza was ready. Lady on the phone was friendly and took all theinformation. I showed up at 4:30 to pick it up but when I went to the counter the lady took my name and went back to try andfind my order. She came back and verified my name and walked off, 5 minutes later she comes back and they never started myorder, in fact she couldn't find it. She told me it would be almost 45 minutes till it was done... didn't offer a coupondidn't offer anything just told me I would have to wait. I just told her no thanks, I'll get some subway and walked off afterbuying my soda. Just a heads up - make sure that you order your pizza and get a confirmation that it will be ready because thatwas a waste of time for me and my family. Read more
