So I ordered through DoorDash and Burger King canceled my order because they were missing side items. They charged me 2x and... only refunded me one. I got into a back in forth with door dash with the rep telling me that burgerking was adjusting the orderto be completed in which I agreed. Right after I get off the phone with the rep I get a notification that my order wascanceled, and this is after they were supposedly adjusting my order to fulfill it. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to getover $80 back. The original order was about $32 with an $8 tip for the dasher. This Burger King is the worst! Read more

They should replace the drive thru speaker you can't hear anything.
I wouldn't recommend this Burger King to anyone. Everytime I ordered from here, something was always wrong with the order. The... fries or tots were hard and greasey or the burger buns were hard. Normally every Burger King valley wide is trash especially because of the people who are hired and could care less about the... customer. This morning was far from that. The lunch menu was turned off which I appreciate it so like that my focal point wason the breakfast menu. After I placed my order I asked for a large iced mocha coffee with my combo and the girl taking my orderasked if I wanted that breakfast tater tots or hashbrowns to actually be large as well which you rarely get asked that they justobviously assume to whatever they want and in this case I really did appreciate that. After I received my food I proceeded toask the lady at the window which was also the same person who took my order if I can have grape jelly with my order and she wentahead and responded that it was already in the bag along with some ketchup which when I opened the bag to my surprise they wereboth there and it?s super rare for people here in the valley or from Burger King or anywhere to even give you ketchup or grapejelly or you know any type of condiment that you should be receiving normally with your food because obviously you?re gonna eat.So for her to have consideration of a customer and give them the condiments already in the bag along with napkins whichsometimes these workers tend to make it seem like it the grape jelly or the ketchup or the napkins etc. it?s coming from them orfrom their pocket when it?s actually coming from the corporations and the money that we?re paying for our food. The breakfastwas actually cooked pretty well the biscuit was soft but it wasn?t raw or doughy the way it normally is from other BurgerKings. This morning my breakfast was pleasant and I appreciate and thank the girl who took my order and gave me my order andshe was light-skinned and I believe she was wearing glasses and had black vine tattoos throughout both her arms so to her goodjob congratulations and thank you so much.
