I'm assuming she's the store managers since I had seen her leave before saying she would come back when its closing. But she... needs to learn how to run her store. Order online and its never on time. There's always an excuse. Then you get it and itswrong. Heard her complain that people are always coming early and thats why there's a time. Called in a order... I did ask for light sauce. I ordered the extramost pizza. While I waited the 2 male employees were very... unprofessional. The lady before we was ordering and the cashier walked away to put in a order of wings and the lady walked out.He was rude. I understand it was busy but you know how it gets prepare yourself. We as customers are waiting 20 to 30 minutes Iwould expect a decent pizza. My extramost looked like it had been dropped and picked up. HORRIBLE. Manager was yelling at her employees in front of her customers, very unprofessional. She said she did not accept $100... bills which I understand happens at some places but there was no sign that indicated $100 bills were not accepted. I thenproceeded to ask if they accepted Apple Pay she says yes. Then my card was apparently invalid. Don?t say Apple Pay works ifmachine is broken because my Apple Pay works just fine everywhere else. She seemed like she barely wanted to take my order. Badcustomer service and place looks filthy. Placed my order online and waited 35 minutes and when I went in to pick up my pizza I was told it would take another 25 minutes.... Manager yelled from the back for someone to ?pop it in the oven please!? Horrible service. Long lines and long wait times. Read more
The worst little Caesars in the whole country! Every single time I go there it's usually a 30 minute wait,today they said it... would be at least a 45 minute wait because they have so many online orders they have ZERO hot n ready basic pepperoni pizzas!Zero pizzas ready for anyone who didn't order online,I've usually ordered online and never get my pizza faster than an hour anda half to two hours later! I think these workers are extremely lazy and use to dealing with Mexicans that don't even speakEnglish so they don't have to do their job correctly.
