Night shift is terrible! I?ve only been to this location 3 times and all 3 times they messed up! I clearly stated what I wanted... TWICE! And got no creamy pepper, no lettuce and buns were not toasted. Plus they don?t answer they?re phone either, called 3times to complain and nothing. Read more

Damian from drive thru outside lane deserves a big raise! He had amazing customer service, and assured me my order was complete.... I have no choice but to come to this location since it?s close to home, and usually the service sucks and the food is cold andmissing. However today was different Damian made sure my whole order was complete and fresh! He went above and beyond his jobtonight unlike most of his coworkers. I can honestly say today my $48 order was a 10/10 when it?s usually a 4/10 when I eat fromthis location. So thank you Damian! Read more

Night shift workers need to get their s***t together! Ordered a bacon AVOCADO burger and yet there was no avocado on my burger.... As well as patty melt burgers with no cheese, no onions. If I have 1 more issue like this I will take it to corporate,unacceptable. They forgot sauces and no straws for the drinks. Read more
