Went to Casey's to get some soda . . .walked into the store and immediately was harassed by the manager. I am a diabetic with... non epileptic seizures and need my service dog with me at all times. She told us no pets and i tried to explain that he was aservice dog and even showed her proof on his collar of his registration with the department of health and human services of NC(even though it's not required by law) she told us to get our stuff fast and get out very rude. After we went to get out drinksshe then went and called someone to complain about us. Read more
It took me a while to write this review. But I couldn't stop thinking about how rude Shrek the pizza lady was. The other... employees seemed scared of her. Hope by now she is gone. I was just passing through town so lucky me I won't be seeing theblonde beast anytime soon. Read more
Was just at this Casey's. Everything was fine with the store and the young girl at the counter was great. The problem was the... older blonde woman working in the pizza section. She was loud and cussed at the poor man working with her because he toldsomeone the wrong wait for a pizza. (He told them 30 minutes and it was an hour and 30 minutes???? For a pizza at 2:30 in theafternoon???) She was VERY rude to him. Then she got mad because some piece of pizza equipment didn't work right for her andthrew it down and yelled about that. It was an embarrassing display and if she is a manager or a boss of any kind it reflectsvery poorly on Casey's. I can't imagine that she makes the working environment very pleasant. 5 employees behind the counter, 3 doing nothing, 7 people in line, one employee running a register. Happens at almost every... Casey's I stop at, but this one is the text book case of why Casey's doesn't know how manage their employees. On top of that,no pizza made. Men's bathroom was in a heated outhouse condition. Casey's does have some good pizza but do not over look the sub sandwiches! They are great. Sorry Subway but the truth is,... caseys is giving you a run for your money. Read more
Only two options for gas, but the prices were fairly reasonable. There was a fair selection of convenience items, and a pizza... counter. Staff were friendly at made a quick check out. The bathroom wasn?t very clean. Read more
Clean bathrooms, the cashiers are quick to handle business and the pizza was so deliciously fresh! Absolutely no complaints... about this Casey?s- I recommend stopping here for any road trip like I did as I was passing through! Read more
