Horrible service! They leave the tables dirty. They served half of our order and left the other half on the counter to get cold.... I had to send it back to be reheated. Staff does not speak English and can't communicate the menu. I will never step a foot inthis restaurant again. Do not waste your time or money! Read more
Whenever I?m at Doral area it?s necessary to make an stop at this carrot. The location it?s beautiful, clean and well located.... The quality of the food never disappoints as well the service provided by the team and the manager. They always makes you feelwelcomed. Read more
I?ve been to Carrot express over 80 times. I could always count on fresh tasty food and good service. Lately the food have not... been as fresh. I?ve had to return food a few times. Sunday 8/21 I purchased an açaí bowl and it had 8/19 on it. It?s sadwhenever restaurants grow that they can?t keep up the quality of food. Read more
extremely disappointed & grossed out by the food i just received from carrot express through uber eats. i ordered eggs with... sourdough toast. the eggs were extremely undercooked with ZERO salt or flavor. the toast was so hard i couldn?t even bite apiece of it off. and the pumpkin zucchini muffin had again, zero flavor and didn?t taste fresh at all. how can you guys sendfood off for delivery like this? it was my first time and i wont be back. atleast at this location. Ordered a poke bowl with quinoa and salmon. The fish was fresh and overall it tasted great. However, the poke bowl was supposed... to have spicy mayonnaise and pickled ginger (as is the case with most of these dishes), but the one I got didn?t have either.They included a cilantro lime sauce instead? When I went inside to ask, they told me they had mixed in the mayo, the eel saucewith the quinoa, and they had finely chopped in the pickled ginger. I went back to my plate to check and could not find a traceof the mayo or the ginger. They gave me a little container with ginger, which was great, but I still think they should haveadded it to the dish as indicated in the description or maybe admitted they had forgotten? Read more
We have been to other Carrot Express locations, but this one is the first time. The atmosphere is very nice. The service is good... and friendly. The foods were delicious and fresh. If you have been eating healthy restaurant, then you already knew is a littlepricey. However, if you are looking for a great healthy food restaurant with awesome atmosphere, then you must try CarrotExpress Doral. We will definitely recommend others, and will come back. I used to love this place but the quality and quantity of the food has gone down and not worth the increases prices. The kale &... Brussels salad changed and there was probably 2 tablespoons of kale in the salad. Who would pay $16 for cabbage and Brussels?The Asian salad has less toppings, the vegan Picadilo has less portion amount. The portions decreased and the prices increased.The service is A+ though.
