Ice cream good as always but employees are rude to each other or may i say this older lady was beefing w a girl that looked like... a teenager. There was some dog coming in and the lady in a rude way told the costumer that the dog couldn't be there. I thinkthe other girl didn't hear her say it so she told him again and the older lady was coming at her for that. Ice cream was delicious. Probably one of the best ones I?ve had. The service was pretty fast, but I could barely hear him behind... the mask and with a low voice. We took a while to decide on the flavors, which seemed to annoy them a little bit, even thoughthere were no other customers in line. I don't know what these other reviews are saying about this place but this is an amazing place. Maybe it was a difference in the... shift but the customer service in here was amazing they welcomed us to Cold Stone and even gave us compliments. And of coursethe ice cream was delicious. Read more
Apparently the employees at this location enjoy doing the bare minimum. Second bad experience here. Last time went in person and... the guy didn't want to do HIS JOB!! Now, we placed an order through Uber Eats, and they gave us the wrong order. Employeesshould be more careful when dispatching orders and pay attention to what they do. Very disappointing!! Read more
