Update: they need to bring back their old staff. They knew how to cook pizza correctly and were courteous to customers. We... decided to give this location another chance. They blew it! They left our online pizza order for last and took care of all theof walk-in customers instead. They changed their staff and now their service is horrible. Read more
I ordered food to deliver to my hotel room. The lady arrived and called me, asked me if I speak Spanish. I said No and she hung... up on me and left before I could get to the lobby. I called the store and the manager was rude. Never called me back so an hourafter my order I called again. He was rude again and said they had canceled my order. All because I don?t speak Spanish?? Worst Domino?s ever. It should be closed due to the immense level of neglect and disrespect towards its customers. First, they... take FOREVER to prepare your order (more than 2 hours). Then when you call to get an update on your order or make a complainbecause they?re taking forever, they don?t answer the phone. It?s like nobody?s freaking there. They charge you for a pizza thatseems like will never be delivered. I hope you all have the decency to make a refund for those who make an order and don?t getto enjoy it because you take at least 2-3 hours to make a freaking pizza. Read more
Food is good. My review is about the delivery driver that came to drop off my food, (Norman). I had selected contactless... delivery for my order and he proceeded to bang on my door, didn?t even try to knock like a normal person, regardless of my orderselection. When I went to the door, I said hello & advised that it had already been signed to leave it there on my doorstep asI have animals that try to escape and was alone at the time. He proceeded to open my door by grabbing the inner doorknob to myfront door, handed me the food, and mumbled something I could not understand. I proceeded to reach for my door and close itbecause I felt uncomfortable and he grabbed my door knob again whilst looking inside. I felt very uncomfortable especially as hewas in an unmarked vehicle. Dominos should really look into this guy. Read more
If I could give 0 star , I would definitely do it, I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and... two pineapple Fanta after 2 1/2 hours waiting, pizza arrived cold, burnt with no sauce at ALL , thin crust and two orange Fanta.Delivery took some much longer than expected. I recently started ordering from Domino's because I love their thin Crust pizzas. I make my orders online and pick them up. You... can't really beat 5.99 for a medium two topping pizza! I am only giving 1 star due to no stars isn?t an option. Literally waited 2 hours to receive an order that was in a temperature... bag so long that one of the boxes were damaged from condensation. Don?t try to call the store ! It?s like the ringer is offcause no one answers. The driver texted saying he is 5 mins away due to ?heavy traffic?. 23 minutes later he arrived making it 2hours from a store that is 1 mile away. I should?ve read the prior negative reviews cause they are spot on. A previous order waseven delivered to the wrong address. This is by far the only location that regularly sucks. Read more
