Always dependably good . Seating is less than optimal and service on weekends a lil slow due to volume, but very friendly.

I ordered curbside 12/4. I called the number provided for curbside. No one answered for 20 minutes. I finally went inside to get... my order. I got to my car and realized that I was missing several items. The picture doesn't match what I received. In additionto receiving the items I was missing. I got have way home and realized I was missing two bagels. Never had a complaint withSouth Beach or Brickell. I will not be returning to the Doral location. Read more
Stopping by on the way to get someone from airport at 6:15AM and I quickly ran in to pick up breakfast on the way. I asked if... they could bring it to my car once I paid. They were not only extremely friendly and helpful they even made my kids a chocolatesprinkle donut bagel-even though they weren't out in the case yet. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced sinceliving here in Miami. I will be returning. Thank you to the man working who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Read more
Trash customer service i didn't know a regular bagel doesn't bring cream cheese. I asked for one after. They charged me almost 2... dollars for one cream cheese. After I just spend $50 on your store. The food is great tho. Read more

I?ve been coming to this Einstein?s for about 5 or so years now, and have always had a good experience. However, today was... particularly disappointing. I ordered a Nova Lox Special to share with my mom and got two bagel slices smeared with creamcheese, a tomato slice, some capers sprinkled on top, and a measly piece of smoked salmon on one slice. We both thought - ohmaybe they?re cutting back on ingredients due to inflation. That was a far too generous interpretation from us. 15 min later, aman and a woman sit next to us and I see the man with the same damn Nova Lox bagel with a huge portion of smoked salmon,tomatoes, onions, and capers on both slices. Both slices were so heavy with toppings that they were falling off thebagel. Disappointing. No valió la pena. Read more
