So I always seem to have a very bad experience at this specific Giardinos, always and only this one. The Kendall, Gables and... other Doral location are insanely great. If it?s not for the always super upset and rude employees who obviously hate their joband life, they barely put any ingredients in the wraps or salads. I just don?t get it. It?s annoying. I will not be going tothis location anymore. *Edit: I just opened my wrap and I had to get a plate to serve myself because of how much dressing wasinside of the wrap. Read more
Worst Giardino experience on the planet. If I was the parent company I would shut this franchise down because it?s giving the... entire brand a bad name. We ordered thru Uber Eats and received half a salad each. My co worker ordered a piccolo Thai Thai withadded chicken. There was no chicken and it had half the small bowl full. It had ingredients like bacon Egg and turkey thatdon?t evens belong in a Thai Thai and missing cashews. I ordered a basta country Cobb with turkey. I had Half the bowl full aswell and no croutons at all and a whopping three tiny pieces of turkey ant even the nice sized cubes I usually get at any otherGiardino. We called Giardino to confirm our order and the had the right order in the system. The wouldn?t let me speak though amanager because she was too busy to talk to me. They told us to call a Uber eats and there was nothing they could do. 5 to 10minutes later they called us back to ask for our address and to let us know that they were sending us new salads and they weregoing to pick up the original salads. At that point we had already started eating our salads and my coworker had literallyfinagled her salad in 5 bites as the half of a piccolo is nothing I was almost done with my salad. I told the young lady that wewere eating already besucase we had spoken to her 10 minutes before and we were starving and she told me that since we hadalready eaten the salad that there was nothing she cans do. Wow. I called them back when I finished my salad to let her knowthat what they did was the dumbest thing ever. We called because they had gotten one order wrong and both salad were half full.I have never ever ever written a negative review and you can check my profile to confirm. Excellent food and service, all fresh salads. The place is very comfy, price is also affordable for the food offer. The reason... why I give it 4 stars is because the PITA CHIPS that is served with your plate are very hard that no-one can chew. They reallyhave to change their pita chips to regular pita bread. Salads are the best. Get the country Cobb. Ask for the check in card. After 10 salads you get 1 free! Not many seats available.
First off if you don't mind contributing to the enormous amount of trash and waste we produce every day go to this place. Not... only do they not recycle but everything you eat from even if you eat inside the store is plastic. Plastic bowls plastic forkspaper napkins everything goes into the trash. These days this is not acceptable. Second to that my salad was mostly iceberglettuce when I had asked for extra avocado. I must have eaten maybe four or five little chunks like sugar cube size pieces ofavocado. If that's extra avocado I would hate to have eaten the regular avocado version. Same with adding chicken... I ordered Giardino Salads thru Uber Eats. Delivery was in their time frame that was said. I love eating their salads, every... time I come to South Florida, I must have one of their salads. They never disappoint. I always get the Mama Mia with a scoopof Tropical Chicken. So yummy. I need you to open up a location in Kissimmee closer to where I live. Read more
