We visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Only had to wait 20 minutes for our lane. All staff were friendly and... helpful. We loved the drinks we ordered and enjoyed the bourbon maple wings. Only disappointments were the glitches in our laneresetting and the foul odor of the place when entering and exiting. I just want to say Wow!!! I just celebrated my sons 10th birthday at this location and I couldn’t be happier! Their customer... service is amazing… Natalie our hostess was so patient and even though we were a large party, you can tell she was all up forhelping and making everyone feel comfortable! She was on point! We had the GM, the supervisor, the event coordinator etc… allmaking sure we had everything we needed! My son and his friends had a great time! Thank you! Read more

Terrible front desk service. Hostesses doesn't understand the concept of a reservation. Game starts, every other frame gets... reset without the #10 pin. After searching for and telling the maintenance guy, waiting 10 mins, then go to the front desk,they tell we were moved to another lane. No one came to tell us. Just another poorly managed business hiring rejects after thepandemic. Will not be back. Had to play a whole game with a error message on screen because they kick you out after 1hr15min. We have gone to kings before and always had a fun time however this review is specially for a birthday party. I had my sons 7th... birthday there this past week and it was so great! Everyone I worked with, Jason, Tina, Nicole, Chris, and Rachel were allexcellent. They were very helpful and attentive. They even opened early to accommodate our birthday party. Tina, the event salesmanager, was so patient with me, even after I changed the menu several times. She helped me work within my budget to plan anamazing party! So thankful to the awesome team there. We went on a Saturday night, you have to make reservations for a lane. They only give you 1 1/2 hours to bowl because it gets... really busy. At around 8ish a DJ comes and plays awesome music. The staff are great, but be patient because it's really busy.My only complaint is the food, we ordered beef nachos...it was cold and tasteless, so we decided on chicken wings... you can'tgo wrong with chicken wings...WRONG...no seasoning what so ever!. They just took the wings from the bag and friedit...horrible. So we decided not ton order anymore food, be prepared to spend money...but it was worth it at the end. Just eatsome place else. We came across City Place (Doral, Fl) on our most recent trip to Florida and was very impressed. It offers something for every... family. Kings Dining & Experience is a must stop. Not just dining, but the offer pool tables, bowing, sports bar and varioustable games throughout the facility. If it’s seclusion you want, they offer a more private bar/dining area away from thegames. Not to mention they have outside seating. I have to give to Marcel, he runs a tight establishment. We went early in theevening and had bowing lanes all to ourselves. However we noted as it got later, lanes began to fill up,but there was stillample space to eat at nearby tables away but still close to the bowing lanes. Sports shown through out on massive tv screens,even as you bowl, tvs are above the lanes. Food was good, Manager (Marcel) took good care of us. We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in I was already vibing with the music, the drinks and appetizers were... awesome. I just wished we didn’t have to chase the waitress to get our order in the pool area is definitely a lot of work foronly one person. They should have a least three on the weekend, she still did an amazing job and we had so much fun. Read more
