I just got into Miami and was craving some Cuban food - this place was great and really hit the spot. Really nice hostess,... servers and staff and very quick service. I had the Tamal con Lechón to start which was delicious and then I had the Filete deDorado for an entree which was also very good. I also had a classic margarita which was well balanced. The menu was great andvery authentically Cuban. The staff only spoke Spanish which made the experience interesting as someone who doesn’t speak anySpanish but we made it work. We came to this Las Vegas Location in Doral today, for a farewell luncheon. A party of 50 people reserved, knowing that we were... coming. The food orders took 45 minutes to an 90 minutes to get us all served. Then I paid for two people and they not onlytook 30 minutes to charge my bill, but then also cjarged me for someone else's meal. Voiding my bill to erase the extra chargeto another 25 minutes. The Manager Miriam behaved very poorly in front of customers yelling loudly at waitress attempting tohelp her pay a bill on a separate register. The service at this location while very friendly, is lacking serious slowness andmanagement that does not work well under pressure and with large party groups. Absolute best place to eat with a great atmosphere, service, and food! You’ll feel special even if you don’t know Spanish.... We wanted to try the most authentic food and asked for recommendations from the nicest server who took extra time to explain allthe options and suggested our delicious options of roast pork and red snapper (the whole) which we highly recommend to try! Location: Located just off the turnpike. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and wheelchair accessible. There is... accessible parking in front and no stairs to enter. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible as well. Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine hasmany chains throughout Miami-Dade & Broward county but this one is far superior. The restaurant is big, can hold largegatherings & the decor is nice. Food: The food was amazing - authentic & delicious. Fresh cuban bread was brought to us rightaway as we looked over the menu. We selected Chicken Soup and Fried Chicken Cullet (pictured). Staff: The only reason I didn'tgive it 5 stars was because of our waitress. She was just not personable & didn't seem happy. She didn't smile or make eyecontact. We had about 1/2 our food left on our plates but she thought we were done and picked up our plate. We had to tell herthat we will take the food to go. We all have our bad days so we didn't let it affect our meal but it would have been nice ifthe service matched the great food we were eating. Very nice Cuban cuisine! I can't stop having their milanesa. Every side is delicious. 100% recommended
