First, I?d like to say that I liked this place. It has lots of potential to grow and attract more customers. Things I think... they need to check/improve. 1. Food: Burgers and pizza need to improve in taste and options like cheese, salad, things you putin a burger. It was a pure plain burger and the meat had not even salt. The pizza was cold and the taste was like cardboard. 2.More areas for little kids, the playground was closed and completely unusable. 3. More clean spaces. There was vomit in thefloor in one part of the place, food also in the floor outside the dinner area. All of this can improve, and it will make thisbusiness even better than what already is. Lots of stuff to do for kids and adults. Climbing, obstacle courses in the air, jumping on trampolines, zip lines, sports, video... games, bumper cars, that is only some of the activities you can do at this place. It is a huge building that is also usedvertically with the hanging in air obstacle courses, one is lost and easier for smaller kids and one is higher up and moredifficult for big kids and adults. There is also a food court and party rooms so it's nice for birthday parties. We held mynephews party here and everybody loves it. Read more
The first time I came to planet air was for a birthday party invitation. I really like the place so I decided to have my son?s... birthday. Ingrid was my party?s helper. She was very professional and nice. Juan the manager was very professional also. I willrecommend this place if you are looking for a party place to have fun and to be affordable. Nice place for kids. I was in this place with my family to play bowling and we enjoy the time its just small how i say better... for kids and my recomendation to this place please open a second place where order food o do somenting to get a pizza an apitcher of beer we spend more than an hour so bussy.. Love this place so much because of the variety of games and it is very safe for kids and families.
Super fun place, lots of exciting games for kids and teens. My kids loved it. My middle wanted to celebrate his birthday there... and we were just 5 so we didn?t rent a space but they have the option to pay a fee and bring the cake. They gave us table clothand what we needed for the cake. We ordered food and it was excellent! All very clean and well kept. I totally recommend it! Read more
