If I’m being honest I haven’t been to Red Lobster since I was 9, however my mom and I wanted a quick lunch and thought... ‘why not?’. I was actually surprised at how great my experience was, you never know with chain restaurants. I have visited this location several times, and they always go out of their way to please. On this visit, Maria was our server,... and again, lots of great customer service, recommendations, and attention. The food was good (who can resist those biscuits theyare famous for?); we had a nice time. Finish it off with a brownie and ice cream, and a smile! Read more

I gave this place a one star not because the food wasn’t good, because the service was terrible and my husband and me felt we... were ripped off. We ordered some appetizers as well as the date night for two entree which was $73 on their menu. It includedtwo lobster tails, two steak, two skewers of shrimp as well as Mac and cheese in addition it came with two sides which wasgreat! However, once we were done we asked for the check, the waiter Mario came to our table and we had to simply put our cardin the little tablet thing placed on our table. I didn’t really notice the things we were charged for. I paid with my card andgave him a tip of 15%. He later printed out the reciept and help us scan the bar code to get points. Once we started driving wenoticed the bill had two orders of date night for two charged as $46.98 and $46.99. Not sure why when the menu said $73. It wasour mistake for not noticing this, however when we called the restaurant we were told that we were charged that because it says“Filet” on the reciept. We never asked for any filet and the dish just came with whatever was listed on their menu!! It wasclearly a rip off as we ended up paying $93.97instead of $73. Never going back here again! And please check your reciept beforepaying!! And there was also something weird called games charged on our reciept for 1.99. We probably touched that little iPad/tablet thing placed on our table by accident and we were charged for something we never used. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! Read more
Good cozy sea food! I've been client for almost 2 decades and never disappointed. You can have lobster, shrimp, mussels, crab,... crab cakes, clam chowder, losbter bisque, desserts... and the last dish I tried.. amaizing lobster pasta!... Excellent attention, the staff spoke Spanish (plus). The service was fast and we had the endless shrimp (very recommended).
