I love Robeks! I truly do.. But my goodness the employees working the Doral location are an absolute horror story and have been... for a while. So much so they that warrant this review. I ordered a chicken panini via UberEats, there is no option to request apanini to be pressed on the app, only ?hot?. I called the store several times to ask them to please have my panini pressed. Noanswer from anyone at the store, I gave up. When I received the order, I opened the bag, and the horror story goes on. Someonethought it?d be a good idea to put both smoothies sideways inside the bag on top of the panini. Needless to say the smoothiesspilled inside the bag and all over the unpressed panini. Robeks has hands down the absolute best smoothies, but their poorcustomer service is really starting to outweigh the quality of their products. Read more

Monday, February 22, 2021 was my first time here. Admittedly, i'd driven by Robeks a few times, each time I thought to myself,... "I should try this place". One year later...hey, better late than never, right? My first impressions when walking in was thatthe place is clean & bright, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. In addition, the menu is plentiful, so much so that I hadto step aside so I could read and consider everything. I settled on the NUTTY ACAI bowl and it was incredible! If you lovepeanut butter, then this bowl is for you! I'm sure I didn't have the most healthy selection on the menu, but we all need a sweettreat every now and then. Food was really good. Was very carefully packaged for delivery, super cool tbh. And they include silverware with delivery!
