So I went to order 3 white chocolate mocha , side tall . When I get home to have breakfast with my wife and daughter we see they... gave us half of the cup filled . That?s terrible ! Please check your drink to be sure it?s filled the right way! So I called andthe supervisor (morning shift) tells me to go back and they would refund me or give me the drinks again. I go back and thesupervisor is a different one ,(afternoon shift) this gentleman ask me if I drank them or threw them away ?! Like what kind ofquestion is that after you basically gave half of the drinks in all 3 of them . So I look at him and tell him I threw them awayand he says ?oh that what I need it to hear to give you the drinks again? hello I had to lie to your face in order for you tomake up for you mistake !!! First review of the year! I came to the Starbucks with the idea of spending hours here working but unfortunately and due to... Covid I won't be able to do so since we cannot sit inside inside you only order and leave. They have two tables some chairsand a couch outside and I'm lucky enough to get one of those so I will be here working but only for an hour no more than thatbecause is not comfortable. I ordered my caramel Brulé before it's gone due to the holiday season and I didn't like theservice of the lady who took care of me she was not as attentive as I'm used to on a Starbucks. Read more

By far the 2nd most filthy Starbucks I have ever been in. Floor has not been mopped in weeks I would estimate and the food ... counter had dirt and hair on it. Breakfast sandwich was tiny and microwaved. Off duty Staff held up the line talking to theirfriends. Manager could have cared less. Read more
