You know that feeling when you know that you shouldn?t eat at certain places on outside appearance alone? I knew as soon as I... was waiting to turn in to the restaurant. No cars in the drive thru. Barely any cars in the parking lot. Walked inside. Notbad at first glance. Then you look around with a keener eye and realize that this place has not been properly cleaned in a LONGtime. Had my kids with me - whom requested Burger King for lunch - chose this location for the playground. Walked into theplay area. The tables were nasty - not wiped down. The floors were caked with nastiness from yesteryear. Wiped down the tablewe sat at. Reluctantly at the food knowing that I was going to regret it for myself and for the potential spewage from mylittles. Yeah. That nasty. Someone please come in and show these folks how to clean. I stopped in during the lunch rush on 10-25-22 and despite being extremely short-staffed, this crew kept it together and kept it... running with a smile. Sure, there was a wait, but at least they showed up and kept the restaurant going. Kudos to the staff andI recommend the franchise management recognize if not reward their efforts. Read more

I just want to say a massive thank you to Jasmine for keeping a calm collected mentality while working the front by herself and... keeping a smile on her face the entire time. She was working fast and efficiently to keep all the customers happy. Burger Kingjust needs to replicate her and put more people like her there. Couldn't eat here or use the bathroom this place is so disgusting. There was a sewage pool on the floor in the restroom.... Absolutely no paper of any kind whether toilet paper or hand towels. Thank God they at least had soap. There was trash on thecounters and all over the floors. The place was filled with smoke which usually comes from unclean fryers or grills. I comment on the atmosphere because I use the drive-thru but my food was Hot and Fresh the Customer service was great. I waited... in line at the location on Pleasantdale Rd. in Doraville crossing over 85 THE wait was over 10 minutes in line I never the foodmenu and I was second in line RIDICULOUS. People want good service everywhere you go but can't get it due to the lack ofemployees and the employees that work is over work and under paid a we the customer's should demand much more from thesescompanies that's raking in tons of revenue and treating the employees they do have like trash.
