I asked for a whopper meal and got a big king, then I asked for a new bbq chicken sandwich and got the wrong order again. Then... you repeated it back to me. Then I felt sick afterwards. The cashier informed us that they only had burgers ,and was unable to make sides or anything fried at the time of my visit. Not... to mention we ordered the Big king that turned out to be a double cheese burger. Not worth the money. I'm good on fast food. Read more
Door is locked can?t walk in, must drive through. So I get back to car and try to buy food via drive through. I?ve been told... by a lady be with me shortly , so I sit here for over 15 mins and no sound came out from that speaker, I hear people joking andlaughing loudly from inside. The kitchen door is opened. So I tried to ask anyone take Order. The lady responded: ?I?m nottake any order on next 10-15 minutes because I?m all by myself?. This is BS. If I could give it zero stars I would, this place is ridiculously slow it shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get fast food, the... employees have an attitude malfunction, and the food is horrible. Don't waste your effort, time, or money at this establishment,you will be disappointed. Read more
I and others were in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. When I drove around the building to see what was... going on I seen the whole staff in the lobby. To be fair at least they're the only burger king in the area that actually turnstheir lights on. Read more
Horrible experience. Waited 10 minutes for them to take our order. They started to take it but then we were told to hold again.... A line of cars formed behind us. Got to the window and they took our payment, still no food after waiting another 10 minutes. Weended up leaving WITHOUT OUR FOOD because we were running late to an appointment. If your establishment cannot provide a basiclevel of decent fast food service then it needs to be shut down. Read more
Been coming here for 10 years and they were one of the best Burger King around. In the past year or so they are hit or miss.... Maybe Covid or new management? The previous two times I went through the drive thru the food was cold and ???? tasted old. See adifference face every time now. Used to be you would see the same workers. Today was a good day. Whopper was fresh and made toorder. Fries were real good. No problem using a coupon. Drive thru was quick, although I did not get a receipt. Hopefully thenext time I go it will be like today. More UPS workers would go if they were consistently good. Read more
This is the worst Burger King location I ever been to now I have lived in the area for about 2 years and been going to this... Burger King for about 2 years when I absolutely have no other option because of this it seems like doesn't matter what day it isif you go there after 8:00 they either have no more food which I don't understand or this system is down people still be in therestaurant clocked in sitting at the lunch tables not working I just don't understand why is there never no food in the systemalways down but there's people still in the building all the time and I could drive by there an hour later 2 hours later peoplestill there but still no food being served I wish Burger King corporation would do something about this because it's starting tofeel like people just do what they want to at the location and just tell people there's no food to be served or the system nowso they don't have to work because I know Burger King is not paying employees to sit on the clock to do nothing when there'snothing to do Read more
