I am only giving it two stars because of the location, otherwise it would for sure be one star. The people who work here are not... the friendliest of people. They never seem to want to take your order. They NEVER have anything you want so you have to settlefor something else or leave. Today I ordered one blueberry donut and got all the way home (which I should have checked knowingtheir history) and realized it was something completely different. They clearly just don?t care, so no more business from me.Save yourselves a trip guys. Read more
Well, while I didn't get to experience this Dunkin' as a customer; I would have to say I am grateful to had Shazam as the guy... helping me out there while delivering for Uber. I was graced with a level of customer service that is rarely shown to deliverydrivers. While initially being delivered not great news about the order and superficial concern; I recieved a positive rebuttalto my less than satisfactory response, something I know ot takes going out of your way to do. The art of customer serviceunfortunately is dying, but I am glad here I got at least a heartbeat. Read more
They actually close at 9:50 pm. I understand you need to clean up but it?s coffee and donuts. If your business hours are until... 10pm. You should stay open until 10pm, or adjust your business hours accordingly. Read more
fourth time in a row our egg and cheese croissant has been freezing cold. cheese wasn't melted, croissant wasn't fully cooked... and was doughy. the drinks are always made weird here too, like with way too much syrup in the refreshers and the chai lattesare undrinkable seriously. I'm not even picky but it's bad. also, one time I got the beyond sausage egg and cheese and they cutthe sausage in half for some reason and kept the other half even though they had whole ones (I went in and a manager replacedit). wild Read more
The worst Dunkin Donuts I?ve ever been to. I?ve given them four chances since it?s down the street from my house and each time... they?ve messed up my order?never fail. At this point I just make the extra drive to the one on Industrial. I will never go backto this Dunkin Donut on Buford. Avoid at all cost. Only giving 1 star to leave a review, they don't even deserve that. We recently moved right up the street and this location is... so convenient for us right by the highway but we will NOT be coming back here ever. Our coffee always tastes like milk orwatered down. My boyfriend drove us to QT down the street and got their coffee to add to it just to have a decent taste.. Andtoday I ordered the maple sugar bacon crescant and as you can see in the picture, what a disappointment. Not even warm ortoasted.. not even the right cheese...Not even an egg on there. Like who was actually ok wrapping that up and serving it? Itslike they took an old one and tried to serve that to me. Customer service is always rude and have to repeat my order 50 timesbefore they get it. Over it. Not worth the headache and disappointment starting my mornings off. The owners of this location are extremely rude. Twice I have been in the cafe, working briefly in my computer, and they make... comments about speeding up guests leaving. They argue quite loudly what's going wrong with the business, in from of customers.It's seriously uncomfortable. I buy coffee, a sandwich, and a donut when I visit.
