The fried chicken is always fresh when me and my family comes. A lot of times they are out of condiments, like the honey and hot... sauce, so I?m assuming it?s bc they?re always busy (which their drive thru line is always wrapped around when I come?midafternoon) but this is the freshest Popeyes I have been to. This store is horrible, dirty, no gloves they handle your food with bare hands. I ordered from Muhame and had to repeat my... order 10 time a 3 piece!!! Doordash came in he stop preparing my order to fill their order. RUDE!!!! People in the lobbystarted laughing... We had a few word, and he informed me. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst Popeye's experience. Placed mobile order for IDK meal and 2pc. signature chicken meal. They... didn't have any chicken sandwiches (sold out) which I didn't know. No one said anything!!! The manager decides to give me achicken tender and a half in place of the chicken filet. She really thought I was going for that!!! Asked for a refund and wastold it couldn't be done in the restaurant (had to go through the app). Asked to speak to the manager and associate(who didn'tmake my order) said she would be with me shortly. Associate who made my order appeared to be hiding. Never came back toregister!!! The manager never spoke to me. Just kept making orders as if I wasn't there. I know she saw me waiting because Icould see her!!! The 2pc. signature chicken didn't have a biscuit. Guess they were out of biscuits too. Manager had a IDGAFattitude. Manager made a conscious effort to ignore instead was waiting for me to leave!! Beyond disappointed!! I want to say thanks to everyone at this location, you?ve restored my hope and love in Popeyes! This location is by far the best... I?ve eaten at in a while. Fried Chicken always has my taste buds dancing. I know that most people go to Popeyes for the Chicken Sandwich but, not me. Just... give me a 2 piece spicy dark combo with a side of mash w/ gravy and Im a happy camper. The employees at this location are alwayspleasant! Thank you for always being courteous! First impressions are Lasting Impressions. Especially for a brand new establishment. Though the chicken sandwich was fresh, it... was put together rather sloppy. I was taken back on how much the coleslaw was on the sugary side. My stale and cold French friessat on the bottom, getting smashed by my other food.
