Great customer service. The bread was fresh. They were doing social distancing and wearing a mask. Kudos to subway. Always... tip your sandwich maker. They make your sandwich the way you tell them. ???? Visited today 2/28/22 - All the tables weredirty. They need to arrange the seating so you are not so close to the tables around you. Sandwich was good but needed alittle more oil and vinegar. 8/8/2022 - they did arrange the tables for social distancing. The workers are friendly, sometimesa little pushy. Noticed they now have tea urns, however they need to learn how to make tea. It was like really watered downwith no tea taste. Read more

While I was eating my pizza and munching I bit into something hard, There was a piece of glass in my pizza.
I?m a new employee here, and have been here for about a month, for all the people upset about the coupons, this is a corporate... store and the system we have doesn?t allow us to use coupons, and as soon as we see a coupon we are quick to tell ppl that wedon?t accept them, I understand how this may be frustrating but getting upset with the employees does nothing but make you arude person bc we cannot control that. Also I hope everyone who has had an issue with customer service comes back, bc I lovehelping customers and making sure their meal is how they want it, I look forward to seeing some of y?all. ?? I told the lady working at the counter that I had a coupon for a buy one get one footlong and she smiled and made our... sandwiches. When I got to the register to pay, I scanned my coupon and then she said they don?t take coupons. The firstquestion is, why have a coupon scanner if you don?t accept coupons? Then why did you wait to tell me until you had already madethe sandwiches? I should?ve left them on the counter and walked out, but I had hungry mouths to feed. Not honest and we won?tbe back. Don't waste your time with these people. They don't even honor their own coupons. Furthermore, Subway is one of the VERY FEW... American companies to remain in Russia. So, they must support the Russia invasion! Read more
Terrible service. Wanted a footlong and two drinks. Charged me for 2 combos and didn't tell me. Should've been $13 , wound up... spending $18. Two little bags of chips that I didn't want are not worth $2.50 each. Read more
