First time trying Indonesian cuisine, I needed help with ordering and the Server was super helpful getting us acquainted with... the dishes along with recommending some top items. We ended up ordering a few Entrees to share with the table. The food wasunique but nothing too special in my honest opinion. Experience was great. First time at this place and we love it! The place has a very nice vibe! It is clean! Ambience is amazing! The wall decorations... were beautiful! The chairs making me feel like I am siting on a throne! Lol The owners were super friendly! Their menus werepicture menu and very descriptive which a big help as we don't know much about Indonesian food. We got their Siomay, NasirPadang combo, and Bakmi Ayam Bakso. I believe they also give a small bowl of complementary soup. Double check with the spicylevel when you order if you don't eat spicy food as the food we ordered are on the spicy side at least for me as I don't eatmuch spicy food. But everything was amazing! It was our first time trying Indonesian food. It was awesome! The food is exactly like its pic on the menu (a super positive... point if you are not familiar with their dishes). The owner is so kind, explaining to us which sauce is spicy, checking with usregularly to make sure we have everything we need. Great service! Another positive point about this restaurant is that they haveclearly mentioned in their website (multiple times) that they serve halal meat unlike the other halal restaurants that you needto check lots of pages to make sure it is halal. The food tastes Asian! Which is what we're looking for. Beef Rendang was very good. They offer complimentary chicken broth with... mung sprouts before the food arrives. We ordered the warm dessert of yam and jackfruit in coconut sauce. Must try their warmdesserts. A all business, looks like it is run by the family. The hosts are courteous. Read more
