This restaurant serves the purest nastiest food I have ever eaten. Be warned by the "spicy" in their name: THE FOOD IS JUST... PURELY SPICY WITH NO "yummy" FLAVORS. Even after eating just a few spoonfuls of food from that restaurant, I sped through 10cups of water only to still have a burning mouth. Never eat at this restaurant. ever. Read more

My husband wanted something spicy for dinner and although this place was across the street from our favorite restaurant we... listened to yelp reviews, drove passed our regular spot and gave it a try. absolutely no regrets. Now I have two amazing placesthat my family frequents and we can bring friends when they come from out of town. Some of the best Chinese food in Atlanta inmy opinion. The spice levels could’ve been higher but my husband thinks all spice levels should go up a few notches lol.it’s so hard to pick a favorite but I’d say the green beans are surprisingly at the top of the list. Yummy Spicy proved a worthwhile stop on the Buford Highway tour of Asian restaurants, particularly Schezuan. Though only above... average in menu item quality, the restaurant excelled in pricing, customer service, and menu diversity; hence, my 4-star rating. First time eating here. I ordered the hot and sour soup, which my husband loved! It really cleared his system out. I ordered the... egg drop soup, which was very tasty. The Kao Poa Chicken, stir fried rice, and the lo me-in noodles, which is more like an soup,which was different for the family. All the entrees has a lot of fresh vegetables, like peas, broccoli, and cabbage. The lome-in was different but my son and I enjoyed it due to the mixture of fresh vegetables.
