Cleanest fast food place I've ever been in. Chicken and Zaxby sauce is absolutely ????

Great location and exceptional service. When I got here it was starting to pick up by the time I walked my dog and used the... restroom it was very busy with about 15 people in line and they only had one register open. But unlike other fast food chains oreven other Zaxby's I have been too they quickly got another register open and started taking orders getting through the wholeline in about 8 mins. We then went and wanted for our food and once again for how busy it was they were quick we only waitedabout 10 or so mins which is very very fast for Zaxby's. The food is on point but customer service is horrible. Miss Toya was the most aggressive, rudest cashier I?ve ever encountered... at this particular location, so much happened in so little time, I would sound crazy if I wrote it all. The craziest thing ofthe whole interaction was when I asked for plastic cutlery. She told me forks doesn?t come with the meal. She was rude and verycombative throughout our interaction. This location is spot on with their customer service skills! Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This is my... second time visiting this location and they are by far the best in this area as far as everything goes....from the quality oftheir food, to their great customer service skills. The manager on duty even brought my food to my table! Wow! This takes fastfood to a new level. The manager not only brought out my food, she also informed me of the Zaxbys app, which I had no idea of.Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not many restaurants, especially fast food restaurants get your order right.Each time I ask for my chicken tenders very well done, they make sure to cook them exactly how I asked. On top of that, thetenders are fresh and not old....you can definitely tell the difference no matter how hard you ask them to fry the chicken.Overall, great great great experience for me. I can't come to this location again.???? It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food. I'm spoiled by the Peachtree Rd.... location in Chamblee where they get the food out in 3 minutes or less. Every other Zaxby's manager in Metro Atlanta should gotrain at 4906 Peachtree Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341 and learn how to run their locations properly. Just saying. Read more
