Be careful working here. They will burn you out and tell you that your the one that did it! Management from store manager to... district is a joke. No Human Resources support!! Management is lazy and will sit in office a whole shift; while you work hard toput everything away. Some of the employees there are rude and forget customers are the reason that they are open in the firstday. It?s ok, one day they going to ring up someone of some importance and that can make changes!! Karma suits you best whenyour not expecting it. Selection of goodie is nice and they have an atm when it is working. They do having parking. They do nothave 7 now pay tho; so be prepared to wait in line to be serviced! If your doing grub hub it all depends who is working becausesome orders don?t get filled right away. They are open from 5am to 11pm. But again be careful of ?turo? believe that is thestore managers name.. he enjoys the activity of gaslighting?. Read more

I witness a teen getting scold for returning a beverage that's $2.39 dollars. I honestly feel very upset since you will never... know what the child is dealing with at the moment, like school being a hard and major times where stress and many emotions willcome every single day. Where something they will not have a break for a while and just focus on school over their own needs dueto the fact of online school having a huge impact to these students. You will never know how some students who actually careabout school and what they have to deal with on a daily basis. I honestly very disappointed with this cashier for saying "nevercome back to this store again if you are doing this" This shows that the cashier is saying these words and scolding a teen. Thecustomer service is really awful. Would never come here again, they need to shut this place down, or get better workers. Read more

Unlike the experience of some, I find the staff at this location very friendly and nice to me. The attitude some customers see... could be due to the general attitude all 7 Elevens exude. Good coffee with the half and half. Read more

First of all they need to change the way they look at people. We're near a train station and don't need your business is a... rediculous psychology. I left something today after buying 2 slices if pizza. I almost threw up, it must have been more then 6hours old. On top of that I left something there(my work notebook with lots of info)...well I tried calling immediately andtried calling 5 times. When they finally picked up they hung up. I would literally fire everyone on there and send themhome..whether thats on the redline train, or new deli plane. Read more

I have been treated very disrespectfully, by the man that opens the store at 4 and 5 am and three other men who work there after... 2pm. They're rude, bullyish and nasty to me and others at this location. I've been coming here long before Tedeschi's camehere and I have never been treated so harshly and inconsiderate in any other establishment before them in all the years I'velived across the street. The boss who says his name is Kyite ( pronounced Ky eet) does nothing because the same three men stillwork here and still harass the customers, refuse to give receipts, overcharge for items that have prices on them, keep yourchange or short change customers, then laugh at them and call them names in front of other customers and staff and get away withit. I don't know how foreign people can come to this country, be welcomed and given the tools and such to open a business andtreat us this way and continue these ruthless acts and still remain working here and getting worse. People in my buildingincluding those who work and visit here have told me similar facts as to the treatment they get by the male cashiers here. Iwas just verbally attacked and told I couldn't come in the store anymore because I was standing in the other cashier's line andwas next in that line. I was ordered by him to get in his line as he ignored two people who were already in his line. I verynicely said to him, " I am one of many customers who pay your salary and I don't like the way you treat me. I'm a customertherefore I can choose between the two of you whom I want do business with. I decided not you. I contacted my contacts in CityHall and State House to look into this matter and help us resolve these issues. Read more
