The customer service is very poor here and the staff works very inefficiently. I stood at the walk up window to order and saw... they were busy and waited patiently. After 5 minutes, 10 rude stares, and finally a wave around to come inside, I asked if thewindow was closed so that I?d know for future reference and was berated by an attitudinal blue haired young girl. I came inrespectfully and spoke respectfully, yet somehow her lack of life life satisfaction was projected onto me. 3 employees and not 1simply acknowledged me during my wait or told me to come in for their convenience ( which would have been NO PROBLEM). I wake up every morning at 4:15 a.m and the only thing i want is my morning coffee on my way to work. I have to catch the 5:16... a.m train out of Ashmont station and this location is supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. Every single day they open at 5:13, 5:14,or 5:15 a.m making it impossible to stop and get my coffee in the morning. Most days i watch the employees pull in each morningwith zero rush to open. That is why i give them 1 star along with terrible customer service.
