The customer service is very poor here and the staff works very inefficiently. I stood at the walk up window to order and saw... they were busy and waited patiently. After 5 minutes, 10 rude stares, and finally a wave around to come inside, I asked if thewindow was closed so that I?d know for future reference and was berated by an attitudinal blue haired young girl. I came inrespectfully and spoke respectfully, yet somehow her lack of life life satisfaction was projected onto me. 3 employees and not 1simply acknowledged me during my wait or told me to come in for their convenience ( which would have been NO PROBLEM). I wake up every morning at 4:15 a.m and the only thing i want is my morning coffee on my way to work. I have to catch the 5:16... a.m train out of Ashmont station and this location is supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. Every single day they open at 5:13, 5:14,or 5:15 a.m making it impossible to stop and get my coffee in the morning. Most days i watch the employees pull in each morningwith zero rush to open. That is why i give them 1 star along with terrible customer service. I only give this a 2 stars because the location is convenient but I been trying to like this place but I rather wait and go... somewhere else. because the customer service is unprofessional I won?t be coming back. Every time I walk in the music isextremely loud unprofessional staff and if they mess up your order and you tell them about it (as you should because the itemsaren?t free ) they get offended and give you attitude. Pretty hit or miss Dunkin opposite the red line t stop. Came here twice during a recent visit, first time was fine, second time... the order was wrong and the items they provided (turkey sausage muffin instead of wrap) was borderline inedible. They do have anice socialist realist style mural on the wall opposite the cash register. Read more
