Wen it's busy it's packed. Using the restrooms is a little bit difficult. The front has to buz u in and the means people walking... in on you as u are using them. Only one stall, not cool. Food is quick and they seam to get my picky orders right. Pricing asevery thing is going up so that sux. I u r a mcD's fan then it's ya place. This McDonald?s has the worst workers ever. They never get your order right and always ignore you while talking to each other.... Seems like they hired the worst set of people they could find. They had a sign saying $2 small smoothie and i ordered it and theguy charged me regular price and I?m trying to tell him the sign says $2 they begin saying it?s tax when the tax is added afterso you?re telling me you get taxed twice now ? Food was great but service is REALLY REALLY SLOW!!!! 2/21/22-....Was there again tonight 2/21/22 and the service started off ok... our sandwiches and fries came right up but we waited 15 mins for a medium strawberry shake and when they finally gave it to methe employee says this is the best we can do for strawberry ????.... it had zero pink color and very little ???? flavor butafter waiting 15 mins I was too annoyed to fight for the right product or to get my money back because I was in a rush to getsome where else. But the comment is what ruffled my feathers for sure.... this is the best we can do right now!!! And to bootthe whole time there was a manager standing v not to far hearing what was going on at the shake machine and heard what the girlsaid to me and just turned her back to me and continued her conversation with another employee in another language which made meuncomfortable especially when they both turned and looked at me then back at each other and started laughing really loud....Ifind that very unprofessional.... the last few weeks the service and quality of the food has really gone down....I THINK THESTORE MANAGER AND ALL OTHER MANAGERS NEED TO MEET AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES OF THEY DON'T ALREADY AND ALSO MANAGEMENT NEEDS TOASSIST THEIR CREW WHEN AN ISSUE LIKE MINE HAPPENED INSTEAD OF SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS.. The last three times I have been to this location I have had some type of issue. That was my review from 4 weeks ago visited... there again yesterday placed an order through the mobile app for the whole family got home and they shorted me three sandwichesso I didn't get to eat dinner to make sure all the kids were fed correctly! After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby for an orderthat was placed on the app before I even arrived I cannot believe how horrendous the service there is. They should be ashamed ofthemselves I will never step foot in that establishment again and I advise everyone if they would like their order madecorrectly and or to receive the full order you placed do not go to this location Read more
