Ordered online & picked up in store. Waited 5 minutes before the cashier asked if he could help me because he decided counting... tips were more important than helping a customer that was there before he emptied the tip jar. Get home & get ready to dig injust to be disappointed. My Buffalo wings are dry as sand. Order of fries didn't even cover the bottom of the box. It was likethey said F it & went about their day. One of my pizzas was half cheese half pepperoni and only 2 slices had pepperoni. To topit off the food was super cold like it was in the fridge. I want to know why I am inside of the store at 8:47pm they refuse to take my order, stated they are closed at 8:50 so they are... closed for the night, the schedule say closing at 9:00 pm. I had to drive a couple of miles to get there, that was verydésappointed. Can you guys set your schedule close at 8:50pm so people don?t go out of they way to get there to find out theycannot get service while the restaurant is still open. Finally get to order something in here, the service is poor, theycharge me for something but didn?t get what they charge me for, first time last time never go there again, I shall have pay moreattention to the reviews in Here. Always and issue. If you do delivery or pick up need to order online and use deals because prices are ridiculous. Good luck... eating in the place because they don't offer the deal. 35 bucks for a lg and smallest? Almost punished for using restaurant. Today, 7.23.22, I saw the "Lobster id Back" sign on the Gallivan Blvd Papa Gino's. I usually wait for my once a year trip to... Provincetown to have the best lobster roll I ever had at the Lobster Pot at the main wharf. Looks like I may have saved myselfa trip. The lobster roll I just finished could compete with lobster anywhere. Yes, expensive, but so what? Less that themainstream Cape Cod lobster places and as good as any I've been to, maybe better. I am going back tomorrow for another. Alice(at the counter) said it would be good and she was right. I wouldn't ordinarily think of Papa Gino's and lobster, but thinkagain. Read more
Pizza was thrown haphazardly into the box with literally one tiny piece sliced. The light skinned young lady at the counter also... had the worst attitude. I asked fir a bag, she rolled her eyes and tossed it on the counter and walked away. This location andservice is terrible. Read more
I will never order from this location again. There was a long hair in my steak n cheese I had to throw away my food. Horrible... experience. They definitely need the food inspector to go to this location and inspect the location and workers. They all shouldbe wearing hair nets and be clean at all times when handling food. Read more
