The Buffalo chicken Sicilian pizza is incredible! Only not giving them 5 stars because there?s one employee who is SO RUDE. I... called asking for an estimate on when my food would be delivered and the man behind the phone immediately started screaming atme through the phone. It was the most bizarre experience. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but then read other reviewsstating the same thing. The owner should really look into it as it may drive customers away. The food however neverdisappoints!! Got delivery, first time trying this place and will NOT be ordering again. Pizza arrived with all the Ingredients slanted, and... that 1/2 of the pizza became inedible due to sogginess. Really gross. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order I was told would take 1 hour for delivery, but waited 2 complete hours! When... the order finally arrived, it wasn't the complete order and was missing items. When I called the store the person who answeredyelled at me to relax, and had absolutely zero customer service for there mistake! Of course I was aggravated but couldn't get aword in before he told me to send it back and don't order from them again. I have given them lots of business and great tips butjust as the rude person suggested, I will NEVER give them a cent of my money! They are extremely overpriced at $6 bucks forfries and $16 for 10 wings! I understand todays a holiday, HOWEVER I am maybe 10 minutes from there so 2 hours and missing itemsis ridiculous! You have lost a customer...... I will continue to order from D'Benny who is POLITE and always makes my chickenright. Read more

Why were my wings bloody... They offered to make a new batch, but cool them right from the beginning, note take your time... cooking add 5 more mins ( extra crispy can be achieved-and cooked thoroughly) Loved when you guys was closer to Dorchester. Read more
Absolutely terrible. First off when I open the package, my onion rings and fries are completely soggy. Then I bit into a raw... piece of chicken, after I ripped into 2 more with a fork and found more raw chicken. The girl on the phone obviously didn?t wantto be there when I first called, but when I asked for my money back, she only gave me a partial refund and hung up out of nowhere. On top of all that, they forgot the blue cheese for a BUFFALO plate. I?d be surprised if that refund shows up. Read more
