Second-worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. Never have any dream doughnuts (even though those flashy screens advertise them) or... specialty bagels like the rest of timmies do - coming to this Tim Hortons is literally settling for last place. Scanned my card employee said it was scanned but wasn't. Tea tasted odd, removed cup lid and it was covered with brown debris... as was inside of cup above tea line. Returned it for a replacement, it was okay employ said it was tea residue. Read more
The usual 20 minute minimum wait in the drive thru just to receive incorrect order, after almost receiving the wrong order twice... prior. Then having to go back inside, which defeats the purpose of the drive thru in the first place, only to have a similarexperience. I dont know whether to laugh or cry. GO TIMMY'S!! ???????? ???????? If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time that I come here they mess up my order. Staff is extremely rude. I ordered a... harvest bagel belt as I am vegetarian. They gave me bacon. I normally wouldn?t be upset but the fact that this happens everysingle time is frustrating. I went all the way back to the store and was stared at by 4 staff and a manager being very rude.She was talking down to me. All I wanted was my order re made not to be disrespected. Like all Tim's the food was good and the store was clean. The washroom was clean but the water out of the tap was freezing cold... and then the air out of the hand dryer was also freezing cold! If I knew better I wouldn't have washed my hands!???????????????? Read more
good Tim Horton's, and I've had good friendly experiences with a few of the staff. I've personally worked in the Tim Hortons... industry so I can sympathize and be patient with the staff (especially if it's super busy). The only thing I would recommendimproving for this Tim Horton's is speed and ensuring you have food available between 5pm-8pm, as this is supper time whenpeople are hungry :P Read more

If I could give this Tim?s 0 I would. I live in Dorchester and have given them many chances to prove themselves to be an... establishment with some organization and they literally fail every time. They rarely have even 50 percent of the menu and on topof that they are extremely rude especially the morning crew. If you had a choice between this tims or literally the furthestTim?s on the other side of the city pick the one on the other side of the city it?ll be worth the gas. Read more
