Decent food, but very unprofessional and incompetent service. Ordered by phone a large vegetarian pizza because my girlfriend... is strictly vegetarian. 30 minutes wait time for pickup (it has no delivery service). Came back home after collecting thepizza, and found the pizza with chunks of meatball. Called the pizza joint. Instead of admitting their mistake, they weresurprised that we were calling back ?when they had given us an upgrade to a deluxe pizza?! They agreed to prepare a newvegetarian pizza for us as long as we face the 45 minute wait and we return the previous pizza. They repeatedly emphasized thereturn of the old pizza, and upon its return, they complained that one of the slices had been ?ripped out? even though nothingwas eaten. Bought a medium Chef Patterson and a medium with just bacon. I was expecting something amazing for that price...I was... disappointed. The medium with bacon wasn't better than what you'd get for 6.99 at Domino's (but cost way more). The ChefPatterson was unique in taste, but still not worth the money (it's so sloppy you can hardly pick it up). Even though we did pickup, we were prompted for a tip. Went last night with my whole family. First visit but not the last, all food exceptional and fresh. Large pizza was a meal for a... family of four. Caesar salad big enough for two, panzarotti a steal at current price. Comparable quality to world famous Tony'sat half the price. Read more
