Very disappointed. The last two times I have ordered online my order was wrong. I will not be going back. This location has gone... downhill now that Dawn isn't as involved. The staff is rude. They sit in the back on their phones ignoring customers. Read more

I love Subway, but this branch was a disappointment - not going back here again. Not a very friendly crew working behind the... counter. I know it was the dinner rush, but they could have been serving their customers better. There were two workers thereand only 3 people in line ahead of me, but it took nearly 20 minutes to finally get my food and leave. They made part of yoursandwich, and then set it aside and started the next order before finishing yours. I know that is a normal Subway operation, butit was extremely dragging out - much longer than it should have been. When they finally got to finishing my sandwich it was notdone very carefully - the server didn't really do a very good job of spreading ingredients out, just threw them on randomly, andthey were out of one veggie. When they went to wrap it up, they did not use the first paper wrapping that you normally get atSubway - they just put it directly in the plastic wrapper and set it aside. I was standing there at the register for severalminutes with my card in hand and sandwich just sitting there on the counter waiting, while the staff were doing other things.Not very good customer service - once someone's order is done you should just get them on their way - at least that's how I wastrained at other places. It just seemed like this place was not very concerned with quality service, just doing the bareminimum. The worst part was unwrapping my sandwich without that extra paper that's supposed to be in there around the sandwich -I was not expecting it and the whole thing dumped onto the floor in my car. A little more thought and effort would beappreciated next time. Read more

It's been a long time since I have eaten subway sandwich. I ordered 6 inch (bread with cheese. I don't recall the name. lol)... sandwich and had chicken and bacon with chipotle and teriyaki sauce I have added some cucumber, black olives and lettuce. It wassoooo good. I was happy with my meal. It was sweet and spicy just the way I liked it. Read more

I usually have pretty good service and food from this location.. however.. tonight was the exception. My husband came in at... 8:40. Yes 8:40pm. I realize you guys close at 9pm. I used to manage a sub shop and was taught we CLOSE at 9 meaning you serveany customer till closing time with a smile on your face regardless of the time! I know it can be frustrating to have customersright before closing but you close at a certain time. Therefore you can take customers until said time. The lady working tonightwas rude and made it very obvious how upset she was to be making subs right before closing time. Again, I get it but still...customer service is so important from the minute you open to the minute you close. Not anytime you feel like. Read more
