We had a absolutely smooth and nice experience when we arrived at the front desk last night. Jasmine was fantastic with us. We... had a hell of a day at the airport with visa issue and all. So we were only leaving the day after. We had a free night withBonVoy that we were trying to used and couldn?t figured out. She has been super patient and helpful. She made our eveningwonderful! Needed a hotel room on July 24th as flight cancelled at last minute. Guy at front desk that afternoon was friendly and in a good... mood. Ended up changing rooms as first one had an irritating noise from floor above...? Anyway, both rooms were clean, spaciousand had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Loved that can control temperature in room. Noise from planes wasn't a problem.Hotel pool was nice to keep kids occupied. I was traveling through Montreal on my way home to Austin, TX from Winnipeg and had "that" travel day--a storm delayed flights,... disrupted customs, and knocked out many online systems, including the hotel. I was stranded in Montreal for the night. Thein-terminal Marriott accepted walk-ins for stranded travelers. Everyone was so kind and professional in difficult circumstances.As the system was down, the manager checked my luggage and sent me to the in hotel restaurant/bar for a much needed meal. When Ifinished the system was still down, and they logged me in by old fashioned paper and pencil. My dinner was nice, my room wasnice, and people were nice. I especially thank Abbas in the restaurant--I forgot my receipt for my meal which I needed forreimbursement. I called, and he went out of his way to find it, make a copy, talk by phone, text, and email the receipt. Iwould stay there any time. In spite of no online access, short staff, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortableand everyone was cared for. Read more

I have stayed at YUL Marriott 7 times this year. Overall experience Okay. Pro: right inside the terminal, very convenient... location, generally clean and friendly staff Con: about $40 more than Sheraton and hotels nearby. No bottle water provided inthe room. Most curtains don't close fully, the bed is not made nicely. What's strange is bedding cover. Most of times you wouldsleep inside a quilt without a full clean cover. Beautifully remodeled and located inside the airport, it couldn't be more convenient. The restaurant located in the lobby area... serves until 11 and the food is outstanding (try the NY steak or the steak sandwich - both are wonderful) and if you are aMarriott rewards member, you get a complimentary buffet breakfast. Indoor pool, spa and gym are nice. Extremely comfortablebed and linens. Would stay again in a heartbeat or just go for that NY steak. Loved it. Read more
